Questions
Before you write.
Which is faster — the phone or email?
The phone. The line is toll-free and live, and a message left on it reaches the team. Email goes to the same inbox.
Where is my receipt?
In the app, on the trip. Every completed trip carries its own receipt on your account — open the app and it is right there.
I want to drive. Is this the application?
Applying happens in the app, where the documents and the identity check live. See Drivers for what is needed.
Can I make a privacy request here?
Send it straight to privacy@arryvz.com — that route needs no form, no JavaScript and no captcha. Your Privacy Choices has the rest.
ARRYVZ. The journey there!
Ready when you are.
Rides first, deliveries next, moving later — one app, one fair set of rules. On commercial trips, drivers keep 75% of every fare.
iOS and Android are both in build for the App Store and Google Play. Join the waitlist to hear the moment either one opens.
