These are the plans prepared for launch. Plan names, included trip legs, prices, and billing terms are confirmed on screen before anyone subscribes, and nothing is for sale here today.

Subscriptions are not open yet. Communities is part of the Arryvz launch. Leave your email to hear when your group can get started. Get Communities updates, or ask about Communities.

Trial

Start with 45 days to explore.

Your eligible community can try Arryvz for 45 days with unlimited completed trip legs and no subscription or overage charges during the trial.

A payment method and selected paid plan are required. Paid billing begins when the trial ends. Ride fares and applicable booking fees are separate. Choose when you'd like an expiration reminder during signup.

The unit

Count the trip, not every seat.

One completed driver trip leg counts once toward your community's allowance, regardless of how many passengers ride together.

  • Three passengers travel to an event together1 completed trip leg
  • The driver brings them home together1 more completed trip leg
  • Total2, not 6

Each passenger booking still has its own fare and confirmation.

A group travels to an event together and returns to different drop-off locations.

Fares

Ride fares belong to your community.

Moderators set the start fare, per-mile rate, minimum fare, cancellation fee, and no-show fee. Every setting starts at $0.

Each booking shows its applicable fare and fee terms. On pooled rides, the fare uses the passenger's direct route; detours for other passengers do not increase it. A location change that changes the fare requires acceptance.

  1. Gross community fare
  2. Less Stripe processing fees
  3. Driver net earnings · Arryvz per-ride share: $0

Cancellation and no-show fees

If configured, a cancellation fee applies when the booking member cancels a confirmed booking within 24 hours of pickup. Earlier cancellations, unconfirmed requests, and driver or system cancellations are free. A configured no-show fee follows the pickup, waiting, and contact rules in the Community Guidelines.

These fees go to the assigned driver after Stripe processing fees. Arryvz takes no share.

A community earnings breakdown separates processing fees from the driver's net.

Optional contributions

A little help for the whole group.

Your moderator can enable optional contributions and suggest an amount. After Stripe processing fees, contributions accumulate in the community's funding balance.

That balance pays subscription invoices, including applicable overages, before the owner's card is charged. Unused funds carry forward. Owners and moderators cannot withdraw the money.

  1. Optional contribution
  2. Processing deduction
  3. Community balance
  4. Community invoice
  5. Owner pays any remainder

Three months ahead

Contributions pause when the balance reaches three times the current monthly subscription price. They become available again when the balance falls below that threshold. Future overages may change how far the balance goes.

Before you contribute

Contributions are optional and do not buy booking priority. If the community permanently closes, funds first cover the final bill. Any remaining balance is forfeited to Arryvz and is not refunded or paid to the owner.

Optional contributions accumulate toward a community invoice.

Plan questions

Before you subscribe.

Who pays the subscription?

The community owner. Available community funding is applied first, then the owner’s payment method covers the remainder.

Who pays when I book for someone else?

You do. The booking member is responsible for the fare and applicable fees.

Can my community stay on a retired plan?

Existing subscriptions retain their terms unless the owner changes plans or Arryvz schedules and communicates a migration.

Can I create another community during a trial?

Yes. You can keep your existing trial and put the new community on a paid plan. Or convert the existing community to paid and use another trial if its offer terms allow it. An owner cannot hold two community trials at once.

What happens if I have an unpaid community balance?

You cannot make new bookings in that community, including free bookings, until its balance is paid. Other communities and commercial access are separate. Existing confirmed transportation is not automatically cancelled because a payment failed; Arryvz staff may review later bookings and contact you.

Does Arryvz retry an unpaid fare?

Where you have authorized recovery, Arryvz may collect an unpaid community fare separately from a later ride. Recovery starts with the oldest unpaid ride and is limited to one automated attempt per account in 24 hours. Your current ride’s fare never includes old debt.
